The Mission of Volunteers Serving The Need (VSTN) is to provide needy Veterans and their surviving spouses with needed groceries and personal hygiene items once a month. 
    

     We are very fortunate to also provide fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen foods, and other essential household items when available. 
    

     Volunteers Serving the Need, also known as The Veterans Project, is funded by the sale of donated items in our VSTN Thrift Store, which is located at 1202 Salinas, Laredo TX., and by financial gifts and grants. 
    

     All funds are used to support the Veterans Project's cost to purchase products for distribution to eligible Military Veterans in Webb County and to cover operational expenses.

     We rely on the generosity and compassion of those who Volunteer, Shop, Donate or Contribute to our efforts in a variety of ways.
